struct pops::detail::AdvanceImexMasked< Limiter, Flux, Model >

MASKED IMEX advance: MASKED EXPLICIT half-step (source-free transport) + stiff IMPLICIT source.

Mimics AdvanceImex: the transport (forward-Euler) reads the MASKED source-free residual; the implicit source (backward_euler_source) is UNCHANGED (per-cell local, off the disc boundary). An inactive cell has a zero transport residual then undergoes the local source – like T2 / EB, only the transport BOUNDARY is closed, the source stays cell-local.
